Paul draws from multiple disciplines to find solutions to complex problems, such as using lessons from goal psychology, community planning, and behavioural economics to make ‘zero suicide’ a reality:<\/p>\n

Zero Suicide as an Achievable Goal<\/a><\/p>\n

Paul takes the perspective that suicide is a practical act and therefore ‘suicide prevention’ needs practical actions. He has undertaken much R&D to discover ‘what works’ in transformational change to move towards zero suicide, and now focuses on those practical actions that ‘work’.<\/p>\n

Paul has recently partnered with Steve Phillip who lost his son, Jordan, to suicide in December 2019, as Paul and Steve found they had some shared experiences, shared values, shared philosophies, and shared goals, so thought they should convert this into shared actions (to honour Jordan, and all those who have lost their lives to suicide):<\/p>\n
