Paul<\/strong> Vittles<\/strong> has more than 30 years\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 experience as a consultant, advising businesses, government departments, public services, and not-for-profit organisations. Paul has been a professional researcher for 30 years, and he continues to work with leading blue-chip clients as a knowledge-based consultant.<\/p>\n Paul<\/strong> has been in Director\/CEO positions for the past\u00c2\u00a026 years and he has practiced as an executive coach since 1997 so he draws from this experience when assisting clients.<\/p>\n Paul<\/strong> has worked for leading knowledge-based consultancies in both the UK (e.g. MORI, RBA) and Australia (Nielsen, Urbis, TNS, Instinct and Reason) as well as working on the client side and in government.<\/p>\n \u00c2\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Paul works in partnership with his colleagues in The Vittles Organisation<\/em> and trusted associates to provide clients with the assistance and advice they require.<\/strong><\/p>\n Paul<\/strong> provided business planning and development consultancy to a wide range of commercial and government organisations in the UK, before moving\u00c2\u00a0to Australia in 2005. He\u00c2\u00a0has since\u00c2\u00a0carried out research, consulting and coaching assignments for a number of individuals and organisations including the following clients:<\/p>\n Paul<\/strong> is a Full Member of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS). He sits on the AMSRS NSW Committee and is a member of the Research News Editorial Advisory Group. He was co-chair of the 2009 research industry conference \u00e2\u20ac\u02dc100*Stories\u00e2\u20ac\u2122.<\/p>\n Paul<\/strong> reached the top of the research profession in the UK. He is a Fellow of the UK Market Research Society. Paul was CEO of a research firm in the UK, he was a regular speaker at many conferences, a prolific writer of papers and articles, and advisor to government at national and local levels. He\u00c2\u00a0spoke at two major UK conferences in 2010 – MRS and Laria.<\/p>\n Paul<\/strong> was a member of the UK Academy for Chief Executives (ACE) and worked closely with other chief executives to share established knowledge and new ideas for developing people and organisations.<\/p>\n Paul<\/strong> was also a catalyst for the development of many government initiatives, and customer service developments in the 1990s. He was at the centre of pioneering initiatives such as the Citizens\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Charter, customer-focused modernisation of public services, community engagement, place-based visions and local strategic partnerships, Best Value, people-based regeneration and community planning, and Community Care policies in health and social care.<\/p>\n Paul<\/strong> has been a pioneer in the government sector and has\u00c2\u00a0also\u00c2\u00a0worked with commercial organisations, including SMEs and corporates, for more than 25 years. Paul\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s expertise as a consultant is more with service-based companies, as opposed to manufacturing, but he can use his generic research, consulting, coaching and leadership skills to assist any organisation that is looking to grow and develop.
